The WORKOUT has one zippered water resistant pocket for keeping valuable dry. The second pocket is an open pocket with a water resistant lining, perfect for holding a water bottle!

The polyester and terry Stash ‘N Dashes can be machine washed warm and tumble dried.  No bleach.  You can use a warm iron on the polyester sashes if needed.
